Cancellation/Refund Policy

After an attendee registers and pays for an ILWTI course, there are generally no refunds. However, an attendee can re-book for an alternate location and/or dates, or transfer their paid registration to another individual without fees or penalties, provided they have not already started the on-line training (if applicable) and the re-booking or transfer request is received no less than 30 days prior to the start date of the live training. Please contact us directly regarding extenuating circumstances. Every effort is made to accommodate those who have registered for our courses.

In the unlikely event that a course must be cancelled, each registrant will be contacted personally to discuss options for re-booking at an alternate location or dates.

"SAVE MY SEAT" deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment in full is required prior to the first day of ON-SITE courses.
