For Certification Courses, the attendee must successfully complete all applicable on-line pre-course work, written exams and post-tests with a cumulative score of 70% or higher. The attendee must attend the entire live training, complete all assignments, participate in all live workshops and activities, demonstrate proficiency in skills labs, and pass final practicums and written exams in order to receive Certification. In the event an attendee fails one or more segments of a Certification course, the attendee may opt to retake those segments at another date and location, at no additional charge, to achieve a passing grade.
For short or online courses, the attendee must attend the entire course, and pass any applicable written exams or quizzes with a cumulative score of 70% or higher, and participate in all applicable live workshops and activities to receive CE Credits.
After an attendee registers and pays for an ILWTI course, there are generally no refunds. However, an attendee can re-book for an alternate location and dates, or transfer their paid registration to another individual without fees or penalties, provided they have not already started the on-line training (if applicable) and the re-booking or transfer request is received no less than 30 days prior to the start date of the live training. Please contact us directly regarding extenuating circumstances. Every effort is made to accommodate those who have registered for our courses.
In the unlikely event that a course must be cancelled, each registrant will be contacted personally to discuss options for re-booking at an alternate location or dates, or other arrangements.
"Save the Date" deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment in full is required 60 days before the live training, unless otherwise specified for a particular course. If full payment is not received, the seat saved will be forfeited and the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If payment in full is received, however, the cancellation and refund policy above applies.
