The Patricia Golden Memorial Scholarship

Patricia(Pat) Golden graduated from the Certified Lymphatic Therapist Program through Monarch Continuing Education in 2014.  She was a dedicated, kind, and thoughtful student who made a positive impact on everyone she met. Pat lost a courageous battle with breast cancer on January 4, 2019. She is remembered by her family as a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, and grandmother. Patricia was a fearless woman of faith with a passion for helping others.

ILWTI is honored to introduce the Patricia Golden Memorial Scholarship. This $1500 scholarship will be awarded to a student who exemplifies a love of education and a commitment and passion for helping those in need. The scholarship may be used towards any ILWTI course. ILWTI staff will review each application in confidence and make award decisions based on the information you provide in this application.

Scholarship applications must be received by our office no later than August 15th, 2019 to the below address or by fax or email:
