Compression Therapy and its Application in the Management of Venous and Lymphatic Disease

Course Description

This course is designed to certify fitters in measuring, fitting and selecting the appropriate compression garment for common disease indications. This class will provide an overview of the basic principles of vascular and lymphatic anatomy as well as explore key clinical features and disease progression. The instructor-led workshop will deliver in-depth knowledge on measuring and donning techniques and explores the full line of SIGVARIS product offerings. The course will conclude with discussion of smart business tactics, successful marketing tips and how to develop effective merchandizing programs.

Who Should Attend?

All professionals seeking to gain a basic understanding of vascular/lymphatic disease, how to measure, fit and select the appropriate compression garments for specific disease indications.


ABC 7.5 CEUs, BOC 8.5 CEUs. Attendance of the entire program is required to receive full credit. Exam score of 80% or above required for certification.
